Choices Integrated Healthcare is an entity of Many programs that provide different services to help clients receive treatment with substance abuse and/or mental health all at one location. It’s our mission to help our community heal and grow. We are here to empower our clients and teach them how to be resilient as well As Our Staff. Services
Early intervention program
We offer an early childhood intervention program which Is a support and educational system for very young children who have been victims of, or who are at high risk for child abuse and/or neglect as well as children who have developmental delays or disabilities
Intensive outpatient treatment program
We offer an Intensive outpatient program (IOPs) which are treatment programs used to address addictions, depression, eating disorders, or other dependencies that do not require detoxification or round-the-clock supervision.
Partial hospitalization Program
Also known as PHP, is a type of program used to treat mental illness and substance abuse. In partial hospitalization, the patient continues to reside at home, but commutes to our program as needed.
